Maliwal swati FIR: According to swati Maliwal, "slapped me seven-eight times and kicked me on the lower part of the body."

In the FIR, swati said that Bibhav did not cease her constant cries for assistance. said that Bibhav kicked her in the stomach, lower body, and chest during the incident.
 
A few days prior, mp for the aam aadmi party swati Maliwal said that delhi Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal's assistant, Bibhav Kumar, had physically assaulted and mistreated her at his official residence. swati Maliwal gave a written statement to the magistrate on this subject on Friday, which was recorded by the police. In the FIR, swati Maliwal has leveled numerous serious accusations against Bibhav Kumar. 

Bibhav Kumar, an adviser to delhi Chief minister arvind kejriwal, is accused of repeatedly kicking and slapping swati Maliwal, according to the FIR she filed. Bibhav continued his actions even after swati began yelling for assistance. swati claimed that Bibhav did not cease responding to her repeated cries for assistance. said that Bibhav kicked her in the stomach, lower body, and chest during the incident. On Thursday, delhi Police filed a formal report (FIR) based on Swati's accusation, and they named Bibhav Kumar as an offender.

Nirmala Sitharaman, the Union Finance minister, claimed that a rajya sabha mp had misbehaved with a person close to Kejriwal. The delhi Chief minister has not said anything in response to this. He claimed that although Bibhav Kumar was accompanying him around Lucknow, kejriwal ought to have offered an apology for this.
