All you need to do is just have to update the passport number in the vaccination certificate. This vaccine certificate updation for a single time name change can also be done using Aarogya Setu App just to ensure that the names are the same as in the Vaccination Certificate also in the Passport. In case if the name doesn't match they can request a correction in the website itself.
