Toofan script has everything on the paper as expected! We have a love story, a boxing sports backdrop, a Hindu-Muslim religious angle, and finally, a message to deliver a ray of hope. But has everything come together and been executed well on the screen? We hope not as Toofan falters in execution.

Farhan Akthar (Aziz Ali) is one of the goons of a notorious crime lord in mumbai and he meets Mrunal Thakur (Doctor Ananya) after getting injured in a street fight and sooner he gets into the World of Boxing and he watches lots of Mohd Ali's videos and those videos bring a spark in him and he wanted to give a try. He befriends gym owner paresh rawal (Nana Prabhu) as his coach and how things unfold after he coaches forms the rest of the story.

Just like any other sports drama, the movie has a complete template of Action, Drama, love, and some inspiration while getting trained and all of them are put together in Toofan without any complications. But the ages-old stereotypical story is what the problem and dialogues are also half-baked and aren't motivating. The song's definitely don't blend with the story flow and in the end, the movie fails to shine just like Farhan Akhtar.
