Additionally, these two major producers have realised that it is difficult to consistently generate material and offer a new film or web series each week like Netflix does. Even if they had to offer something similar to amazon Prime, it would be totally unaffordable in terms of both investment and available creative talent. They reportedly abandoned the idea now due to all of these factors.
