Shraddha Murder: Aftab was let off by the police in 2020...
Aftab Poonawala did not try to kill Shraddha Walkar only on 18th May. He was continuously torturing Shraddha Walkar. On 23 november 2020, when Shraddha felt that if she did not come out of this relationship now, she would lose her life, so she went to the maharashtra Police. Shraddha Walkar had said in her complaint that her live-in partner Aftab Amin Poonawala tried to kill her and she feared that he would cut her to pieces. The police had also registered a complaint. The police knew that Aftab had the intention to kill, he could kill Shraddha, yet did not arrest him. Amidst the questions arising continuously, the maharashtra police has now presented its clarification.
DCP suhas Bavche has said on Shraddha Walkar's complaint that whatever action needed to be taken on this episode was taken by the police. We investigated the complaint of the applicant. After the investigation, Shraddha herself told the police that there is no dispute now. His friend's parents also came forward to sort out the issues. The victim had given a written statement, after which the case was closed. It is clear that Shraddha herself had decided to give Aftab a chance.
On May 18, 2022, this matter increased so much that Aftab strangled Shraddha Walkar. His dead body was cut into 35 pieces and the pieces were scattered in the forests of Chhatarpur. Such a story of pain, unbearable pain and hatred came to the fore, and in awe the whole country is today.
