Surprisingly, madhavi latha was awarded the hyderabad MP ticket by the Bharatiya Janata Party. The party suddenly decided to offer her the ticket even though she wasn't the front-runner. Nonetheless, the choice was not warmly received by the senior bjp officials in Hyderabad. They are not supporting madhavi Latha's campaign since they disagree with the choice. For the past forty years, hyderabad has served as the AIMIM's stronghold. Since 1984, Salauddin and Asaduddin Owaisi, father and son, have consistently won the seat. The bjp has placed madhavi latha up for election in an attempt to unseat Asaduddin.

The top bjp officials in each of the seven seats that make up the hyderabad Parliament area were not consulted, according to the local bjp leaders. They claim that kishan reddy mentioned madhavi Latha's name without consulting the community's elders, raja Singh, the mla for Goshamahal. raja Singh had initially anticipated a ticket to hyderabad as well.

He reportedly disagrees with the high command's choice. Consequently, not even he is endorsing madhavi Latha. madhavi latha and a handful of her party members and supporters have been out campaigning. Senior local leaders are not present at her campaigns. Shiv Prakash, the Joint General Secretary of the bjp, will convene a Parliamentary review meeting in hyderabad this evening at madhavi Latha's office. Senior leaders are reportedly missing this meeting as well. This time, the bjp has been attempting to steal hyderabad from Owaisi, but internal strife is hurting the party's prospects in the area.
