The study suggests that even though companies are using chatbots and other AI tools, there are no major changes in the production of operations. Even if companies start using AI, they need to invest more for a complete change. Jobs need to be reconsidered. Employees need to be provided with new training. They say that without doing all this, just adding AI tools will not make a big difference.
