Actress Gautami Kapoor, however, disclosed in an interview with Hauterrfly that she freely discussed the subject with her daughter and even intended to give her a sex toy for her sixteenth birthday.

When Gautami asked her daughter if she should get her a sex toy for her sixteenth birthday, she disclosed her daughter's response. "I was considering giving my daughter a vibrator or a sex toy for her sixteenth birthday," she stated. I asked her about it, and she said, 'Mom, have you lost it?' I suggested that she consider the number of mothers who would approach and ask their children, "Why don't I give you such gifts?" Why not try something out?
She went on to explain why, saying, "I want to do with my baby what my mom didn't do with me. I want her to have every experience. Many women pass through life without enjoying its delights. Why be in that predicament? My daughter, who turns 19 today, respects me for having that thought and values it.
