In an interview to Arab News, Khawaja Asif said that pakistan is on high alert after the recent conflict with India. He said, from the security point of view, we have not reduced our vigilance anywhere. We have maintained the state of alert for more than a month. The war with india is over. The ceasefire has been done and we hope that the situation will remain calm."
This confession of Pakistan has come more than a month after agreeing on the ceasefire. Meanwhile, on thursday (26 june 2025), at the shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) meeting held in china, Defense minister Rajnath Singh exposed pakistan in front of the world.

He reiterated that peace and terrorism cannot go together and decisive action is necessary for this. He called upon all SCO countries to fight unitedly against terrorism.
