india is getting ready to launch not one or two, but fifty-two satellites following Operation Sindoor.  The military will be able to use all of these satellites fully.

It is important to remember that india successfully used satellite technology to monitor several Pakistani military installations during Operation Sindoor. What is the Space Surveillance Programme?
The third phase of the Space-Based Surveillance Program includes this satellite launch by India. In october of last year, prime minister Narendra Modi's Security cabinet Committee approved this program. It will cost Rs 26,968 crore in total. isro will launch 21 satellites as part of the program. Private companies will launch the remaining 31 satellites at the same time. Next April, the first two satellites will be launched. By the end of 2029, all 52 satellites will be in orbit simultaneously.

Role of the Defense Ministry
This is a component of the Ministry of Defense's Defense Space Agency initiative. Sources told the Times of india that every attempt is being made to stay within the parameters for the launch date of these satellites. Three private businesses currently have contracts in place. They have all been instructed to finish their work quickly.

How much area will be covered?
