Nagpur-Pune Vande Bharat Express: Maharashtra's longest-distance Vande Bharat train will begin service on the Pune-Nagpur route on august 10 and cover the 881-kilometer trip in roughly 12 hours, which is good news for commuters ahead of the approaching holiday season. prime minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to inaugurate three new Vande Bharat trains on Sunday, one in Bengaluru, one in maharashtra, and one in the Mata Vaishno Devi-Amritsar line, authorities said.

When will Maharashtra's longest-distance Vande Bharat become operational?

On Sunday, august 10, PM Modi will flag off the Nagpur-Pune Vande Bharat Express, which will start commercial operations the next day. Between the two cities in maharashtra, the semi-high-speed train (number 26101/26102) will travel 881 km in roughly 12 hours. The new Vande Bharat train would travel 12 hours at an average speed of 73 km/h and stop at 10 stations.

Nagpur-Pune Vande Bharat halts, time

The Nagpur-Pune Vande Bharat Express train would stop at ten stations along the route, according to indian Railways.  With 551 seats, the 8-coach Vande Bharat train is scheduled to leave pune at 6:25 AM and arrive in nagpur (Ajni) at 18:25 PM.

At 9:50 AM, the train will leave nagpur for its return trip, arriving in pune at 21:50 PM.

The train would help thousands of commuters get to their destinations by connecting two important maharashtra cities and running six days a week.

Notably, the Pune-Nagpur Vande Bharat train would be the longest-distance train in maharashtra and the 12th of its kind to operate in the state.
