Coca-Cola has started selling alcohol..!!?

Coca-Cola, which has entered the soft drinks market in india and dominates the soft drinks market, is next to enter the liquor market. Although liquor is a relatively new business, Coca-Cola believes it can perform well because its supply chain is so strong. While Coca-Cola competes with Pepsi in the indian market as it does elsewhere, reliance Industries' recent launch of the Campa brand soft drink has been suppressed by price cuts. In this situation, Coca-Cola has started the sale of alcoholic beverages by planning the next stage of development.
The Coca-Cola brand has launched Lemon Dou, a ready-to-drink beverage in india under its global liquor division. Coca-Cola is making its first foray into the alcohol segment and is currently piloting it in parts of goa and Maharashtra. Lemon-doo is a liquor mixed with shochu (shochu) and lemon juice, shochu being a type of liquor from Japan. The production and distribution of Lemon-Dou liquor is done at an exclusive and unique site in india, said a spokesperson of Coca-Cola india Business. Coca-Cola is sold in the world under the name of Lemon-Dou, a liquor called Zhuhai in Japan. A 250ml bottle of liquor is being sold at Rs 230 in the ongoing pilot project. Lemon-Dou is Coca-Cola's first alcoholic drink, which was first introduced in 2018.
