Substances:


 1 cup soya granules

 four slices of bread (white, entire wheat, or multigrain)

 1 small onion, finely chopped

 1 small tomato, finely chopped

 1 green chili, finely chopped (non-compulsory)

 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

 1 teaspoon purple chili powder

 1 teaspoon garam masala

 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

 Salt to flavor

 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions:


1. Put together the soya granules:

   Boil water in a pot and upload a pinch of salt. Upload the soya granules, cook dinner for 5 mins, then drain and squeeze out excess water. Set apart.


2. Prepare dinner the keema:

   Heat oil in a pan over medium warmth. Upload cumin seeds and allow them to splutter. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and inexperienced chili, cook for 1-2 minutes till aromatic.


3. Upload spices and tomato:

7. Serve:
