Instructions
1. Prepare Paneer
· Mix cornflour, flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
· Coat paneer cubes evenly.
· Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry paneer until golden. Drain on paper towels.
2. Prepare the Sauce
· Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
· Sauté ginger-garlic paste, onions, capsicum, and green chilies for 2–3 minutes.
· Add soy sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, vinegar, black pepper, sugar, and water.
· Stir and cook for 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
3. Combine Paneer and Sauce
· Add fried paneer to the sauce.
· Toss gently to coat paneer evenly with the sauce.
· Cook for another 2 minutes for flavors to blend.
4. Garnish and Serve
· Garnish with chopped spring onions.
· Serve hot as a starter, snack, or side dish with fried rice or noodles.
