Police who jumped in front of the train: Torture in the workplace?

The incident where a police sub-inspector jumped in front of a train and committed suicide has caused great shock. Did he make this decision because of the torture he suffered in the workplace? Or a family problem? As the investigation has been expedited.
The Railway police was informed that a person was hit and killed by a train on the Virudhunagar-Thoothukudi railway line. Based on this, the police went to the scene and recovered the body of the deceased, and conducted an investigation.

The deceased was identified as Radhakrishnan (48), a resident of the Choolakkarai area near Virudhunagar, who was working as a Special Assistant Inspector, Virudhunagar Civil Supply CID, and his wife Banumathi, a Crime Branch Inspector at sivakasi Town police Station. Having a son and a daughter, he left his home, as usual, yesterday morning, leaving for work.In this situation, he left his mobile phone in his two-wheeler and jumped in front of the train, and committed suicide. This issue has caused a great stir in the tamil Nadu police Department.
Did he decide to commit suicide because of the torture given to him by high officials in the workplace? Or a family problem? Thoothukudi railway station police have registered a case and are conducting an investigation.
