The entire incident is from a locality in Ara nagar police station area. The accused of raping the girl also used to live in the same locality earlier. Currently, he lives in a rented house in Barhbatra locality. The accused has been identified as Mohammad Rizwan, 35-year-old son of Mohammad Saheb. The accused also lived with his family in the same rented house where the victim girl lived. Six months ago, he left that house and took a rented house in Barhbatra. He had kept some belongings in the old house.
The accused man is the father of two sons
The entire incident is from thursday evening. The accused had come to his old house to collect his belongings. During this time, he lured the girl into his room and raped her after closing the door. Later, the girl's family filed an FIR against the accused in the town police station. The accused works as a mattress maker. He is married. He also has two sons.
'The girl said - Uncle did a dirty thing'
Meanwhile, the girl's mother said that the accused used to live on rent in the same house earlier. A few days ago, he left the house. After leaving, he never came back. She was sleeping in the room when her daughter went out. Meanwhile, the accused committed the crime. After this, the girl said that the uncle did a dirty thing with her. At present, the police have started investigation.
