Prashanth is making his come back after a long hiatus. The actor was last seen in the movie 'Ponnar Shankar' in 2011. The movie was a colossal flop and later the actor never signed any movies. After a long time, he signed his new movie which is titled as 'Saahasam'.
The movie is an official remake of Telugu movie 'Julayi'. The original version featured Allu Arjun in male lead role. A new face Amanda from Australia has paired opposite Prashanth. Music is composed by S.S.Thaman. Technical team comprises of Sakthi Saravanan for cinematography and Zashi Qmer for editing.
Actor Prashanth's father Thiagarajan himself has produced the movie on behalf of Staar movies production house. The team recently released the Audio and the songs were already labelled as chart-busters. Now the makers are planning to release the movie by December.
To release the movie, the makers have cleared the censors. The censor board has granted a clean 'U' certificate. The running time of the movie is estimated to be 2 hours and 15 minutes. Stay tuned for more updates.
