Kartikeya is next awaiting the release of valimai which stars ajith in the lead role.
Valimai is one of the much awaited movies of kollywood industry. The movie has been in production for over 3 years and had to be delayed multiple times due to Covid-19. The movie is a crime drama starring ajith and Huma Quereshi in the lead role while kartikeya is playing the antagonist.
Kartikeya is currently busy promoting the movie. He opened up about working in the movie. He said “Though there were huge challenges to make the film due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the team overcame all of them with patience and dedication. ajith sir was such a gem of a person. Despite being a top star, he is humple and simple. And I learnt a lot from him on the sets of the movie”.
Kartikeya revealed that ajith continued to work even after sustaining injuries during chase scene. “Such was his sincerity. He would behave like a commonman off the camera,” adds Kartikeya.
H Vinoth who is known for his ‘Sandhuranga Vettai’ and ‘Theeran Adhigaram Ondru’ has directed the movie. yuvan shankar raja has composed the songs while ghibran has worked the BGM. boney Kapoor’s Bayview Projects has bankrolled the movie. The movie is having a wide release on Feb 24.
