If tickets are sold at higher prices in theaters..!?

Despite the changing times, people's passion for cinema is increasing day by day. Especially the release of films with big actors but fans celebrate it like a festival. Theaters continue to sell tickets at high prices on the first day as the fans are desperate to spend thousands and see the show from the first day. For the recently released films Varisu and Thunivu, a ticket for the early morning show was sold up to Rs.3000. When such big films are released, even if there are complaints about it, no major action is taken. In the meantime, Devarajan had filed a case in the high court claiming that Suriya's Singam 3 and Vijay's Bhairava were overcharged for pongal release in 2017. The petition came up for hearing under the chairmanship of Justice Anita Sumant. The lawyer who appeared for the government then said that fines were collected from theaters that charged high fees. After listening to the arguments of both sides, the judge ordered to continue monitoring the theaters charging additional fees. He also ordered the tamil Nadu government to collect fines from the theaters that charge high fees and closed the case. It remains to be seen if theaters will stop charging more after this order. This order of the court is welcomed by movie buffs.
