The complete cast of Dhanush's Sir attended the spectacular gala pre-release event, and trivikram srinivas was invited as a special guest. The movie's producer, naga Vamsi, was quite optimistic about it and claimed that tickets for the two premiere performances were completely sold out in less than an hour. In the opening of his address, director venky atluri thanked all of his mentors. He claimed that trivikram and mani ratnam served as inspiration for his filmmaking.

"I directed a movie that trivikram Sir produced, so what more can I ask for? I'm achieving my goal. Shiva's favourite instrument is the nadaswaram. Trivikram srinivas thanked venky atluri for producing a film about the Gurus. "He told the story while on a zoom conversation with Covid. We appreciate Dhanush's faith in the tale.
