A complaint has been made against bhushan kumar, the owner of T-series and the son of the late Gulshan Kumar, for allegedly raping a woman while pretending to offer her employment at his record label for music and cinema. The bombay high court rejected to throw out the rape FIR filed against bhushan kumar on Wednesday, noting that even if the complainant was in favor of doing so, it did not automatically indicate that the case should be dropped. 

The model who submitted the complaint has consented to have the FIR against Kumar dismissed. The court further emphasized the police's reluctance to dismiss the FIR by pointing out that the investigative report included factual inconsistencies. The 30-year-old woman said that Kumar repeatedly abused her sexually between september 2017 and august 2022 and that he also threatened to hurt her in all ways possible.

The police have filed a FIR in response to her complaint. One of the producers of Prabhas' forthcoming movie Adipurush is bhushan Kumar. radhe shyam was also produced by him. Additionally, he worked with dil raju and allu aravind on the remakes of the HIT movie and Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, respectively.
