With epic and historical films like the Baahubali series and the Oscar-winning RRR, visionary filmmaker SS rajamouli elevated indian cinema. anand mahindra, a business billionaire, urged rajamouli to think about making a movie based on the prehistoric society yesterday. anand mahindra quoted a thread that featured images of Indus Valley Civilization cities, saying, 

"These are magnificent graphics that ignite our imagination and bring history to life. Shoutout to SS rajamouli for considering a movie project based on that time period that will raise awareness of that historic culture on a worldwide scale. rajamouli responded to anand mahindra this morning by posting, quote, "Yes sir... I came across a tree in Dholavira that was so old that it had turned into a fossil while I was filming for Magadheera. I imagined a movie with that tree as the narrator on the rise and fall of the Indus Valley civilization! travelled to pakistan a short while later. incredibly hard to travel to Mohenjodaro. Sadly, I was refused authorization.

Mohenjodaro, a movie about an ancient civilization directed by a renowned director in Bollywood, starred Hrithik Roshan, but it was a dismal failure. A movie about the Indus Valley Civilization would be a treat to watch, nevertheless, knowing SS Rajamouli's vision and ability.
