jyothika scored three hits last year with Bala's Nachiyaar, ace director Maniratnam's Chekka Chivantha Vaanam and Radhamohan's Kaatrin Mozhi and has an array of films lined. Her first release will be Ratchasi by debutant Sy. Gauthamraj and bankrolled by Dream Warrior Pictures SR prabhu. The trailer of Ratchasi was out with NGK and met a mixed response.
The movie got released in Tamil on June 28 release alongside yogi Babu starrer Dharmaprabhu and Vemal starrer Kalavani 2 and it was an above average venture. Now, the movie is likely to get a Telugu dubbed release soon. The works are going on and soon the release date will be revealed.
