kollywood star actor Suriya is all set to make his OTT debut with Navarasa. Earlier, his movie soorarai pottru was released on amazon Prime Video, which received positive response from the audience. The movie even made it to the oscar 2021 nominations, which is a great privilege for a South indian movie.


Now Suriya is all prepped with his first ever web series, which is touted to be an anthology movie. It is backed by veretern director Mani Ratnam and is going to premiere on Netflix. It is now heard from the close sources that Navarasa will start streaming on Netflix in the first week of August. It is highly likely that the series will stream from august 6, 2021.


Earlier it was reported that the movie will start streaming from May, however due to the second wave the makers have postponed the streaming. In Navarasa, Suriya will be playing the role of a musician, Deva. His new look for the series drew attention from the audience. He grew long locks and it went down very well with his fans.


There will be 9 episodes in the web series that were directed by Arvind Swami, gautham Vasudev Menon, Halitha Shameen, Priyadarshan, Karthick Naren, karthik Subbaraj, Bejoy Nambiar, Vasanth and Rathindran R Prasad.
