A boy and his mom are on their way to the USA for his mother's leukemia treatment from Germany. The flight is hijacked by a group of terrorists. What was supposed to be a simple hijack turned out to be bloody gore and blood-shedding when the mother traveling with the boy turned out to be a vampire. I really loved this idea of two distinctive genres incorporating into one single movie. 


Although the movie had some issues this is one decent horror thriller that will keep you hooked up till the very last minute and second and of course, this is a grotesque vampiresque thriller to watch out for this weekend. This is proper suspense and action and the mix of German and english language just adds to the thriller genre in a perfect manner. The plot of Blood red Sky is absolutely fair, simple, and well structured and the motives of each of the characters are totally believable. 


Of course, the build-up and structure of the story are also convincing and very good. On the flip side, all we can notice is the dodgy dubbing and that could have been avoided for sure. However, at the end of the movie, there are too many vampires and we get lost as the mother bits one and they bit another and it just goes on. But still, Blood red Sky is a great weekend watch and we would recommend it on this perfect sunday evening.
