When the filmmaker, who rose to prominence with the  2018 film Awe, revealed Hanu-Man a few months ago, many assumed it would be an animated picture. He quickly debunked the rumour, emphasising that the movie is a live-action comedy.

Prasanth varma explains, "Hanu-Man is the very first original superhero picture in Telugu." The film is based on the Hindu god Hanuman. The filmmaker claims that he has always been captivated by superhero films as well as aspired to be one since he was a youngster. So it was only logical that he aspired to direct a superhero picture as well.




Now, Hanuman the Tollywood's indigenous superhero movie starring teja Sajja, is presently filming in Hyderabad. The creators have stated that Hanumanthu from the universe of Anjanadri would be introduced on Sept 18th, helmed by Prashanth Varma. Indeed, teja Sajja's initial look poster would be released in a few days, as well as the news was conveyed via a poster. teja as Hanumanthu is seen performing a daring deep-sea dive.
