Drishyam was one of the most popular blockbuster hits in the mollywood industry. The movie was remade in multiple languages like Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. Following the success, the director Jeethu Joseph directed the sequel which as well went on to become a hit in the mollywood industry. The same is being remade in telugu as well.
The movie has been ready for a while now. A few months before it was announced that the movie would be released in OTT and Disney+ Hotstar was said to be the OTT partner. However, things seemed to have changed now. With theatres open back again, suresh Babu is deciding upon whether to release in OTT or in theatres. He has been contemplating for a while now and all the good dates are getting eaten up already. tollywood circle is expecting him to reach a decision soon.
