Chiranjeevi showered compliments about his mother on the occasion of international Women's day.

Chiranjeevi's mother surekha is one big reason for his success in the industry.
Chiranjeevi was the guest of a women's day event at chiranjeevi Charitable trust. Speaking at the event he said “My mother is my first biggest support and then it is Surekha. In Allu's family, surekha was a doting kid being the youngest but after our wedding, she had huge responsibility before her. Being it taking care of my parents, brothers, sisters and my kids, surekha handled everything on her own and efficiently. I just focused on my work and was never worried about my family because surekha was there for everything and I became a Megastar. I would like to thank her on this occasion ”.
Chiranjeevi is currently awaiting the release of Acharya. He is currently acting in 'Godfather' as well in Mohan Raja directorial.
