On Sunday, the highly-anticipated trailer for Kamal Haasan's upcoming theatrical release, the tamil action thriller "Vikram," was unveiled, much to the delight of the superstar's fans and moviegoers. "Viswaroopam 2," Kamal's most recent film, was released in 2018. "Vikram," directed by lokesh kanagaraj, will be released in theatres on june 3 and then streamed on Disney+ Hotstar.

The film includes a spectacular star cast led by vijay sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil, and is unconnected to the 1986 film of the same name with Kamal in the lead role. In terms of action and histrionics, the teaser promises a triangle battle putting the three experienced performers against one other. lokesh kanagaraj is a successful filmmaker whose last two films, "Kaithi" and "Master," were box office successes.

The film's music is being composed by Anirudh Ravichander. Its first single, "Pathala Pathala," is already a chart-topper with Kamal's lyrics. Kamal Haasan's Raaj Kamal Films international and Udayanidhi Stalin's red Giant Movies are the producers of "Vikram." But there's a particular portion where Kamal shoots and fires against enemies and it clearly is taken from kgf 2 and already netizens are comparing it on the social media platforms.
