The blood relatives filed a case against Prabhu. It seems that property is more important than affection in the end
Sivaji Ganesan who is famous in tamil cinema and his family is still living as a joint family with a good name. They and their children are married and living together in the same house. The problem has arisen as if he had put it on the table.
Sivaji Ganesan had bought properties in many places while he was an actor, the current value of which is around 270 crores. After Sivajiganesan's death, his heirs continued to enjoy their properties.
In this case, Shivaji's daughters Shanti and Rajvi filed a case in madras high court saying that Prabhu and his brother ramkumar had acquired some properties without their knowledge and changed some properties to his daughter's name.
Prabhu and ramkumar have claimed that they have been cheated by making a forged will while he did not write a will regarding the property earned by his father Shivaji. They have also said that they did not give them a share in their maternal assets and cheated them by not giving them 1000 pieces of gold, diamonds, and silver worth about 10 crores.
Similarly, Prabhu and ramkumar have sold the house in Gopalapuram for 5 crore rupees and they have not given any share even from the rent from the four houses in Rayapetta.
Due to the 2005 amendment to the Hindu Succession Act, father Sivajiganesan claimed that the property should be intervened in the matter and the court should order partition. Prabhu and Ramkumar's son vikram prabhu and the respondent have also been included in the case.
