The first song promo for Thalapathy Vijay's Varisu, Ranjithame, has been released, kicking off the movie's promotions. Thaman wrote the song's lyrics, and Jani masterfully choreographed it. The song was performed by Vijay. Vijay is seen matching movements with a group of dancers in this vibrant dance sequence. However, some fans aren't overly enthused about the dance moves on social media. They claim that Jani Master's choreography is outdated and that the moves aren't original.

The moves have allegedly been performed countless times by ram Charan, Allu Arjun, Nithiin, and other actors under the choreography of Jani Master, according to tollywood fans. However, if the song is placed well, both the tune and those steps will appear cool on a large screen. The dance moves aren't anything novel, but they're also not terrible.

This song might become popular with the public because to Vijay's singing and dancing and Thaman's repetitious but catchy rhythm. On sankranti 2023, Varisu will also be released in telugu under the title varasudu and will face competition from Chiranjeevi's Waltair Veerayya and Balakrishna's Veera simha Reddy. The same release date is being targeted for Thala Ajith's Thunivu.
