Shekhar Suman's son adhyayan suman has been in the industry for a long time. However, he could not get the recognition he was looking for. Adhyayan started his career with films like Raaz, Heartless, and Himmatwala, and very soon he realized that being the son of a famous father does not guarantee a role in films. Adhyayan has seen a lot of struggle in his career. Even in the beginning, the casting director used to advise her to party with big people.

'Party with older people for work'

Adhyayan had told in an interview with Hindustan Times, 'People used to tell me to go and party with people from the industry, mix with them. But my question was how will partying help in getting work done? Work is not achieved just by partying. And it is not that you went and started partying with them. If you are nothing and have not done anything big till now then they will not invite you to come and have a party. Either you have to be very successful, or you have to be a childhood friend of the star kids.

'Used to wake up by calling at midnight'

Regarding the attitude of casting directors, he had said, 'There were casting directors who used to call at 2 o'clock in the night and say come right away. He used to wake me up at strange times and tell me to come and have a party. I have also gone to some parties. I needed work. But after some time I started feeling like a dog. He said get up and then said sit down. And if you refuse them, you hurt their ego. So you can't even refuse.

Removed from projects

Whereas shekhar suman said that the study was removed from many projects. He had said, 'I know 4 people who ganged up and got many projects done for me and Adhyayan.
