For some strange reason, fans of tamil movies have come to despise sandeep Reddy Vanga. The great majority of tamil supporters detested Animal and even called for the dismissal of tamil performers who enjoyed the movie, including Sivakarthikeyan and Trisha. Regarding the subject, sandeep Vanga's most recent action seems to imply that he may have quietly retaliated against a tamil director who made a criticism against his body of work.

Interestingly, tamil director gautam Vasudev menon stated in a recent interview that he disagrees with the films of Vanga's alpha male ideology and that sandeep and his crew could now mistreat him for voicing such an opinion. "After hearing what I had to say about his films, sandeep and his team could come after me, questioning my films and my range," he added. Now, when Vanga was questioned about his most recent tamil movie, he said he enjoyed Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa and that he like all of gautam Vasudev Menon's movies.

Menon made an attempt to annoy Vanga by declaring that he didn't enjoy the film's alpha male story, but Vanga seems to have quietly responded by stating that he enjoyed all of Menon's works. Vanga has responded sanely to Menon's outrageous remark that he could be targeting him for his critique of his alpha male movie. menon, a director in his own right, is aware that all types of directors, each with their own storyline and philosophy, are welcome in the film business. It's not a smart idea to criticise a director based only on the films he has made.
