Famous Haryanvi dancer and singer Sapna Choudhary recently shared that she does not want to show her old dance videos to her children.

She expressed this in a recent podcast, where a video clip was shared on an SP fan page on Instagram.

Sapna said, “can't show my children my old dance videos because I used to dance with so much energy back then. At that time, I didn’t know the limits of a dance space. But now I’ve learned to set limits.”

Why She Prefers Not to Share Old Performances

Sapna explained that her old performances were very high-energy and sometimes over the top, which she feels looked unattractive on screen.

She emphasized that performing within limits now makes the same steps look much cuter and more appealing.

Sapna said, “Now, I’m also human. I’ll make mistakes, and only then will I learn. Now, I’ve changed my shows.”

Changes in Her Shows

Initially, only men participated in her dance shows.

Over time, she has included women and children, making her performances more family-friendly and diverse.

Career Highlights and Recognition

Sapna gained national recognition through the reality show ‘Bigg Boss’.

She is a famous performer not only in haryana but also in Bollywood, Uttar Pradesh, and Bihar.

Her life story is being adapted into a film titled ‘Madam Sapna’, which highlights her struggles and journey.

Personal Life

Sapna is married to Haryanvi actor Veer Sahu.

She is a mother of two sons, which may influence her views on sharing past performances with children.
