Satish reddy contested in pulivendula twice on YS rajasekhara reddy and twice on chief minister YS jagan Mohan Reddy.
Satish even grew his beard in protest against Jagan’s hegemony in pulivendula and vowed not to remove it till he defeated Jagan. Satish reddy claims that he was hurt at the way Naidu has been degrading pulivendula in his speeches regularly. Satish reddy has been the pillar of strength for the tdp in kadapa and particularly in Pulivendula.
Naidu gave him the MLC post and even made him the Deputy Chairman in the Council. With the abolition of the council, everything is lost for Satish. tdp will not even have a candidate to contest against jagan when elections will be held in 2024.
