TDP has considered that YSRCP is most corrupted party. Every time party lashed out that YS Jagan corruption cases and the way he involved in quid pro at the time of his father. Supporting to the above allegations, many incidents like murder in ATM in Rajahmundry, fake notes circulation by YSRCP woman leader in Vizag and land grabbing involvement of Ravindranath Reddy in Banjara Hills were troubled the party. TDP is trying to generate wrong opinion on YSRCP among the people.
After involving in Red Sandalwood smuggling case in Chittoor district, another YSRCP leader name appeared in criminal case. Ex-MLC and YSRCP leader Rehman involved in “Cheque Bouncing Case” against him. 13th Metropolitan Magistrate Court in Cyberabad gave verdict to the Rehman for One Year Imprisonment and 8k penalty for cheating the victim in Cheque bouncing case. In addition to that, Court orders Rehman to pay 44 lacs compensation to the victim.
Srinivas Gowd from Ramanthapur wants to Rehman Plot in Banjara Hills in the name of his wife. Agreement was written on the property between two parties and Srinivas paid 44 lacs to Rehman in different installments. After some time Rehman wants to cancel the agreement and gave two cheques to Srinivas Gowd. Those two are bounced in bank. Rehman fails to response for legal notice and Srinivas approached the court for justice. The same Rehman had fired in the air for three rounds at the time of Jagan’s release.
