According to the United Nations refugee agency (UNHCR), the highest number of 2,81,000 people have taken refuge in Poland. More than 84,500 people have turned to Hungary. 36,400 people have gone to Moldova. Over 32,500 people have taken the romania route, while 30,000 people have found space in Slovakia. The rest of the people have gone to different countries, whose data could not be found.


Long lines on the borders

UNHCR spokeswoman told a news briefing that according to reports, people waited more than 60 hours at the Polish border to enter Poland. Cars are parked in lines several kilometers long at the borders. In Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, romania, and Moldova, people from the administration are deployed to provide necessary facilities to the refugees coming from Ukraine. According to the information received, so far 352 civilians have been killed in ukraine, including 14 children.
