In this case, cases have been registered against three other people including Jitendra Narayan in several serious sections including rape and criminal conspiracy.


Jitendra Narayan, who was the Chief Secretary of andaman and Nicobar, was accused by a 21-year-old girl that she was raped in the name of giving her a job. In this case, the Labor Commissioner of Andaman-Nicobar also became an accused. There is also an allegation against Jitendra Narayan that he destroyed the DVR of CCTV footage during his transfer. The SIT has written in a charge sheet of more than 900 pages that apart from Jitendra Narayan, other accused Rishi and hotel owner sandeep singh has confirmed the correct sequence of events. Rishi has revealed that Jitendra Narayan had told him to bring the women. In this way, more than 20 women were brought to Jitendra Narayan's house in one year. According to the SIT, many of these girls and women were also given jobs after sexual harassment.


After the arrest of Jitendra Narayan and other accused, SIT has also received many anonymous letters in which allegations of rape have been made.
