5. Technical training facility for farmers

1,700 Kisan Pathshala will be opened in the state, in which farmers will take technical training. Rs 1,000 crore has been given for the use of artificial intelligence in agriculture. The definition of a farmer has been expanded under the Chief Minister's Agricultural accident Welfare Scheme.

In this scheme, in case of accidental death or disability of someone, a maximum of Rs 5 lakh is available. For this, the yogi government has made a provision of Rs 750 crore in the budget of state.

The government has also announced to give a 100% subsidy on electricity to the farmers in the coming times. To promote the production of coarse grains, Rs 55 crore has been kept in the budget. This time a provision of Rs 7248 crore has been made for the Kisan Pension Yojana in the budget.

6. Preparation to promote smart education in the state

In the budget, Rs 1000 crore has been kept for smart schools and Rs 300 crore for a wallet PLATFORM' target='_blank' title='digital-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>digital library. A provision of Rs 100 crore has been made to promote sanskrit schools in the state. 10 crores have been kept for a scholarship, then there is a budget of 20,255 crores for the overall education campaign.

The announcement to set up new universities in Moradabad and Devipatan has been made in the UP budget for 2023. Rs 63 crore has been given for the remaining work of Atal residential schools being built for the children of labourers.
