Chief minister Stalin has said that this government is not only for those who voted for DMK, but also for those who did not vote.

Today marks the completion of two years since the DMK government took charge. In view of this, chief minister Stalin released the achievement flower 'Idilla Gakkam, Erande Saatchi' yesterday. Also, the DMK leadership has announced that from today (7th May) to 9th, public meetings will be held to explain the achievements of the DMK regime. Meanwhile, chief minister Stalin visited the memorials of former Chief Ministers karunanidhi and Anna at chennai Marina beach this morning and paid floral tributes there.

Responding to questions from reporters later, she said: “I don't care that much about the criticism. I accept the good ones. I ignore the bad ones. Two years ago, when I assumed power, I met you all at this same place and said something. This regime is not only for those who voted for DMK but also for those who did not vote.

Voters should be happy. Those who did not vote should feel sorry for not voting for such a regime. I had said that my rule would be based on that. I think that is how I am ruling. I expect you to cooperate with this regime for the last two years and continue to cooperate in the years to come,” said chief minister Stalin.
