External Affairs minister ES.Jaishankar on sunday emphasized that there is a crisis in the global economy and no one is voicing these concerns except India. He said that in today's economy-centered world, india is acting as a bridge and a bold channel to speak.

Jaishankar spoke at the UNGA. He explained to the media about his discussions with the leaders of various countries. He said that there is no doubt that the UNGA reflects the state of the world. We are today widely recognized as representative of the Global South. There is a crisis of food, fuel, fertilizer and debt situation in the global economy with serious concerns. It is disappointing that these issues are not being heard. There is no one. He said that no other country has talked about crises except India. Talking about India's growing influence on UN bodies, it is not common for Presidents, PMs or FMs of one country to represent another country in the General Assembly, but many have spoken for india on several occasions, which further reiterates India's concerns.

Highlighting the efforts of the prime minister Narendra Modi-led government, ES jaishankar said that extreme weather conditions have become a challenge, taking place in South Asia and Europe. India's leadership in this has increased interest in working with us. Under prime minister Modi's leadership, implementing the vision in a way that is implemented is a strong point of prime minister Modi.

Talking about the talks with the prime minister of Ukraine, the biggest concern is the conflict. He gave me his thoughts and concerns about Ukraine. In terms of india, we will discuss our position. He asked that we are against continuing the conflict and returning to dialogue and diplomacy. In a conversation with his Russian counterpart, the foreign minister discussed bilateral cooperation, UN reform and issues related to Ukraine. He explained to me the developments from Russia's point of view. There will be a discussion on G20 in a few months.
