Telangana continues to be successful at luring investments, particularly in the field of IT-enabled services. VXI Global Solutions, a top provider of customer experience and care with 43 sites across the world and 40,000 employees, has made the decision to open a 10,000-person hub in Hyderabad. As part of his continuing US trip, industries minister KT Rama Rao met with Erika Bogar King, Global CHRO of VXI Global Solutions.
"Another enormous new addition to the booming ITES sector in Hyderabad. A Bain Capital-owned company, @vxiglobal, a top provider of customer experience solutions, makes a grand entry into hyderabad - to setup a 10,000 employee centre, the minister posted after the meeting. @vxiglobal is present in 42 locations across North America, Latin America, Asia, Europe, and the Caribbean.

A technology Centre of Excellence will be established in telangana by the technology innovation business Mondee Holdings, creating jobs for roughly 2000 people. This was disclosed during a meeting between industries minister KT Rama Rao and prasad Gundumogula, the founder, chairman and CEO of Mondee Holdings, in Houston, US.

The world's largest B2B2C travel marketplace and technological innovation firm, Mondee Holdings Incorporation, is listed on the NASDAQ. It provides a technology platform of SaaS, mobile, and cloud goods and services to a worldwide client base and processes more than 50 million queries per day.
