According to senior BRS leader Sachin Deshmukh, Maharashtrians want development, not vote-bank politics, and the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) is leading the charge for development with its telangana model. The late Vilasrao Deshmukh's nephew, Sachin Deshmukh, who recently joined the BRS, predicts that the party would have a major impact on maharashtra politics in the upcoming elections.

Deshmukh stated in an interview that the BRS changed telangana with its distinct development model and was anticipated to have a similar effect on Maharashtra. "The Constitution should be the sole dharma in a democracy, and the BRS is the only party that upholds it. In addition to that, the vision of BRS President and chief minister K Chandrashekhar Rao will lead the country towards progress and welfare, he added.

Shiv Sena candidate Sachin noted that vote-bank politics was being practiced by all political parties in maharashtra and that the people of maharashtra were growing more and more opposed to it. Sachin had run for the shiv sena in the 2019 assembly elections. He claimed that the congress and the ncp were competing for secular and minority votes, whereas the bjp and shiv sena were counting on Hindu votes.

Deshmukh claimed that the party leadership has been actively engaging the public in order to hasten the BRS's growth in maharashtra and make a strong showing before the upcoming elections. He did, however, underline the need for more senior executives with a constructive attitude on development, progress, and welfare to be inducted.

The BRS is a vikaas (development-oriented) party, and Chandrashekhar Rao Ji is the only one who can develop maharashtra because all other political parties are just interested in power politics. He added that while the BRS was preaching development politics, opposing parties were only interested in caste and communal politics, and that they were least interested in bolstering and enabling persons like Chandrashekhar Rao Ji.
