Shinde faction's problems increased! supreme court issues notice..?


The supreme court on friday (July 14) issued a notice to maharashtra Assembly Speaker rahul Narvekar on the petition of Shiv Sena's uddhav thackeray faction leader Sunil Prabhu. The supreme court has issued this notice on the matter of disqualification of rebel leaders including cm Eknath Shinde. The next hearing of this matter will be after 2 weeks.

Sunil Prabhu, leader of the uddhav thackeray group, said that the matter of disqualification of MLAs who are allies of chief minister Eknath Shinde is pending with the Speaker for a long time. He said that we request the supreme court, ask the speaker to take a decision soon. Significantly, a three-judge bench of Justice PS narasimha and Justice Manoj Mishra, headed by CJI DY Chandrachud, is hearing the matter.

Demand for quick decision from the speaker

Sunil Prabhu, leader of the uddhav thackeray group, has petitioned the supreme court, demanding that a direction be issued to take an early decision on the disqualification petitions against the MLAs of the Shinde group pending with the Speaker of the maharashtra Legislative Assembly. On his petition, the supreme court has issued a notice to rahul Narvekar, Speaker of the maharashtra Legislative Assembly.
