Hearing arguments, the bench did not explain in the complaint how the accused's tweet could create unrest or enmity between different communities or groups on the basis of religion, caste, birth, or place of residence. Holding that there was no explanation as to how the tweet created hatred among the groups, the trial court adjourned the trial till june 27. In the animated video posted by the petitioner on his twitter account, the congress party is participating in seditious activities. KPCC Communications Vice President ramesh babu had filed a case at the High Grounds police station in Bangalore objecting that rahul gandhi has gone abroad and engaged in anti-India activities, congress and rahul gandhi are working to divide the country. Based on that, the police registered an FIR.
