Privileges Committee of parliament sent notice to AAP Raghav Chadha?

A meeting of the Privileges Committee of parliament was held on wednesday (August 9) regarding the allegations against AamAadmi party (AAP) rajya sabha mp Raghav Chadha. This meeting took place in the room of the chairman and deputy chairman of the committee, Harivansh Narayan Singh. The Privileges Committee of parliament has sent a notice to AAP mp Raghav Chadha.In the notice, Raghav Chadha was asked why action for breach of privilege should not be taken against him on the allegations leveled against him. bjp leaders alleged that Raghav Chadha committed forgery while presenting the proposal to send the delhi Services Bill to the Select Committee in the rajya sabha and demanded that a criminal case be registered against him.

AAP mp accused the Center  -Regarding this matter, AAP's rajya sabha mp sanjay singh accused the Center that they want to disqualify Raghav Chadha in the same way as they disqualified rahul Gandhi. These are dangerous people, but we are also soldiers of the AamAadmi Party. Will not be afraid of them, will not bow down. Anyone can propose anyone's name for the selection committee. No sign required. The home minister is giving wrong information in the House. Raghav Chadha did not commit any breach of privilege.

In fact, Union home minister amit shah had introduced the government of National capital Territory of delhi (Amendment) Bill-2023 in the rajya sabha on Monday. Which later also passed? During the discussion on this bill, a proposal was made by Raghav Chadha. Sudhanshu Trivedi, Narhari Amin, Thambidurai, Sasmit Patra, Nagaland mp PhangnonKonyak were named in his proposal to send the delhi Service Bill to the Select Committee.
