As supporters of former chief minister Nara chandrababu naidu called for a car rally, the Outer Ring Road (ORR) in hyderabad was placed on high alert. The demonstrators intended to enter through any of the ring road's 20 entry points. When the managing director of hyderabad Growth Corridor came across posts by chandrababu naidu encouraging his supporters to travel the entire 158-km ORR at a speed of 60 kmph, he informed the Cyberabad police.

High drama occurred at a number of access points, most notably at the recently opened ORR Narsinghi Interchange. The event was slated to take place from 1 to 5 p.m. In order to prevent protests on the Outer Ring Road, Cyberabad police set limits and established a significant police presence close to Khajaguda Circle.

Suspicious automobiles were not allowed to move forward, which resulted in multiple conflicts between the police and protesting car owners. As a result, numerous highways experienced traffic gridlock. Nevertheless, a large number of demonstrators infiltrated the ORR covertly, organising convoys of several cars. people shouted pro-Naidu slogans while standing outside of sunroofs.

Sandeep Kumar, the DCP for Madhapur, informed india Herald that they were not allowing protest gatherings organised by TD leaders and software professionals.
