The matter of delay of maharashtra assembly Speaker rahul Narvekar was heard in the supreme court today.
The court said, we are not satisfied with the program given by the Speaker. The supreme court has directed the
Solicitor General to discuss with the assembly Speaker and give a revised program during the Dussehra
vacation. The court has given the date of october 30 to give the revised schedule. The supreme court has
commented that the Speaker of the assembly has the last chance on 30 October.

A statement from ncp mp supriya sule has also come out regarding this today. On the hearing of the case
related to suspension of MLAs in maharashtra, ncp (Sharad Pawar faction) mp supriya sule says, I am grateful
to the supreme court for the way it has spoken today. The matter is sub-judice, so it would not be right to say
much on it. There is a hearing again on 30th october, I have full confidence - Satyamev Jayate. We will
definitely get justice.
What did the court say?
The Chief Justice has commented that the decision has to be taken by the Speaker of the Assembly. If you do not
take any concrete decision, we will have to take a decision. The court had directed assembly Speaker Rahul
Narvekar to submit a revised program to take a decision as soon as possible. However, the revised timetable was
not presented by Norwegian today. Therefore, Chief Justice dhananjay Chandrachud expressed strong
displeasure over the action of the assembly Speaker. The court said, “We gave the verdict on May 11. After that
the assembly Speaker did nothing. Now this will be the last chance.” The court has also said that, if this
schedule is not received till the next hearing, then the court itself will give the schedule.
