Chandrababu Naidu, the former chief minister, has been granted temporary release by the andhra pradesh high court due to medical reasons. If all goes according to plan, Chandrababu will be released from prison this evening. Authorities have reportedly been told by persons in positions of authority to look into the possibilities of detaining Chandrababu in a different case and keeping him hidden. Legal professionals think that might not be feasible.

Thus far, chandrababu naidu has four instances. In the Skill Development Case, he was granted an indefinite bail. In the Angallu Violence Case, Chandrababu is free on anticipatory bail. In the Fibre Net case, the government promised the supreme court that they would not detain him until november 9. The Inner Ring Road lawsuit was postponed by the high court until november 7. Up until that point, Chandrababu was exempt from arrest by the andhra pradesh High Court.

The government moved another case involving spirits businesses' permits the other day. In this instance, Chandrababu filed a house Motion Petition for Anticipatory Bail, which the high court is probably going to consider today. Legal experts also state that since he is being released on medical grounds, it is unlikely that he would be detained again.
