An FIR has been lodged at noida Sector 49 police station against six people, including YouTuber and Bigg
Boss winner Elvish Yadav, for allegedly providing snake venom at rave parties in gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar
Pradesh. It is alleged that they used to charge huge amount for supplying poison in parties. Nine snakes were
also rescued in the raid. In this case, FIR has been registered against Rahul, Titunath, Jayakaran, Narayan,
Ravinath, Elvish Yadav. An FIR has been registered against all of them under sections 9, 39, 48 A, 49, 50, 51 of
the Wildlife (Protection) Act 1972 and section 120-B of the indian Penal Code 1860.
How much can be the punishment?
If we talk about Section 120B of IPC, then under it there can be a punishment of 6 months or fine or both. If we
talk about cases registered under different sections of the Wildlife Protection Act, then there can be a
punishment of up to 3 years and a fine of up to Rs 10,000. Apart from this, if the same accused commits a
similar crime for the second time, he can be punished with imprisonment of up to seven years and a fine of up
to Rs 25,000. It has been revealed that poisonous snakes were brought to this Elvish rave party and foreign girls
also attended this party.
PFA filed complaint
In this case, on the basis of the complaint given by PFA, a case has been registered against 6 people including
Elvish Yadav. At present the police have arrested five people and efforts are on to arrest Elvish. According to
the information, banned snakes and foreign girls were brought to this party. At present, Elvish Yadav is still
absconding in the case. This whole matter is of Sector 49 police station area of Noida. According to the
information received from the police, on the basis of the complaint filed by the plaintiff (PFA-Animal Welfare
Officer), police station Sector-49 has registered a case against 6 persons including Alvish Yadav for having a
party in the banquet hall located in noida Sector-51 and providing snake poison. Registering a case, 5 persons
have been arrested from the banquet hall. 9 snakes have been found in his possession. At present investigation is
going on in this matter.
